Classroom Programs

Brukner Nature Center also offers a wide variety of programs for your classroom that inspire and illuminate science concepts. All programs are age appropriate and meet Ohio State Benchmarks, while providing hands-on activities and visuals. Perhaps the most stimulating aspect of a Brukner classroom visit, however, is the involvement of our Wildlife Ambassadors. Brining live animals into your schools gives students a greater appreciation for Ohio wildlife and the diverse habitats Ohio has to offer. All programs come with a packet of information containing some great follow-up activities and lesson plans that are the perfect way to enhance any science class.
