Doors open at 7:00pm for you to indulge in a few holiday treats as you enjoy the beautiful nature photography of Tom Croce! Tom spent his early life in northern Ohio and has had a passion for photography and wildlife for as long as he can remember. Today, this passion has turned into a career, travelling to and photographing America's wild places, capturing the beauty that still takes his breath away!
At 7:15 we'll settle into our seats for Tom's presentation, The Land We Share: "It began with a simple idea: the planet is not ours alone. We share it not only with one another, but with the animals, plants, and countless forms of life that make the world whole. Our lives are bound together by the air we breathe, the water that sustains us, and the landscapes that hold us. The fate of one is never entirely separate from the fate of all. Through these photographs, I invite you to pause and look more closely at the places and lives around us—to notice stories of change and endurance, abundance and loss, human presence, and life beyond our notice. My hope is that we recognize that we belong not apart from nature, but within its living community. The Land We Share is an invitation to reflect on that connection—and on how we might honor and protect the world that sustains us all."
Admission is free, so bring a friend to this captivating presentation! Tom's photographs will be on display through March 21, 2027. Thanks to Tom's generosity, a portion of all sales will support the mission of Brukner Nature Center.
