Our Featured Vendor for November and December is Dick Wagar who keeps himself busy in retirement by creating candle plaques and various knick knacks made from wood, leaves, stone and other items found in nature. Each item introduces a bit of the natural world into the home, as a reminder of the beauty and splendor of our outdoor surroundings.  In keeping with that theme, all candles are derived from beeswax, and river stone, tree bark, and leaves are sourced from local hikes Dick enjoys throughout the year. It is hoped that the light from one of the candle plaques or other items will provide a warm glow wherever placed in the home or office, and that each object will serve as a reminder of those things we hold dear in the out of doors.
